Eiger Law's John Eastwood, Nathan Kaiser and Xu Tian attended the Inter-Pacific Bar Association (IPBA) 20th Annual Conference in Singapore May 2 to 5, 2010. In addition to sessions on corporate, M&A and dispute-resolution matters, the event also featured a climate-change theme with related Q&A session with Singaporean Minister Mentor Lee Kwan Yew and a speech by former U.S. vice president Al Gore. The event was held at the new Marina Bay Sands, which is still under construction.
