M&A transactions, corporate setups and filings, shareholder disputes, contracts, commercial disputes, corporate restructuring.

Coordination of asset searches and attachment, counselling on debt priorities and collection, litigation, research on companies' financial condition, enforcement of foreign court decisions and support of overseas litigation to ensure greater collectability, handling of distressed assets, counselling on bankruptcy matters including business shutdowns and employment law considerations of mass redundancies.

Counseling and training of personnel regarding legal obligations under local and overseas laws and corporate policies; management of evidence collection and handling; representation in front of governmental authorities.

Handling of merger-control analysis and filings under local laws, handling and coordination of local fair-trade litigation matters as well as cooperation with overseas antitrust and fair-trade litigation.

Handling of and coordination of client representation before courts and arbitral tribunals, mediation, enforcement of judgment and arbitral awards; support of overseas litigation with regards to service of process, managing the collection of evidence, monitoring of local developments, and the development of strategies.

Advice and drafting of employment contracts, social security and pension rules and arrangements, collective and individual labour relations, termination and layoffs, expatriate and cross-border employment arrangements and coordination.

Handling and coordination of intellectual property contentious and non-contentious work, including patent, trademark, copyright, trade-secrets and fair-trade litigation, filings ; technology transfer and licensing; anti-counterfeiting and coordination of infringement investigations and evidence collection; domain name registrations and disputes.

Counseling related to investment, international trade and employment, including tax incentives, customs duties, VAT.
